Marine Conservation Institute Virtual Gala

Be creative

The Marine Conservation Institute, headquartered in Glen Ellen, invites you to join them, virtually, on Dec. 3 starting at 5 p.m., to celebrate over 25 years of protecting diversity, beauty and the importance of wild ocean places. The program features special guest Ian Shive and clips from his spectacular underwater IMAX film Hidden Pacific, along with other ocean luminaries, a silent auction, and raffle prizes.

Feeling fancy? Come dressed in your oceanic finest – glamorous or whimsical, and whether you’re wearing it or your dog is – and post your fashion pictures in the live chat bar for a chance to win an ocean-themed prize.

The institute is also celebrating the newest Blue Park (to be announced!) with a special cocktail, the Blue Parkatini. Join the mixologist at 4:30 p.m. for pre-event instructions in crafting your own cocktail to enjoy while the gala unfolds.

Any donations will be doubled by a board match.

RSVP today at, and come celebrate this blue planet!
