Outreach to local rural well owners underway

Approximately 9,500 rural well owners in Sonoma County, including 3,200 in Sonoma Valley, were sent a survey in early December to elicit their concerns and ideas about local groundwater conditions and groundwater management.

Recipients of the survey can either fill out the hard copy they have received and mail it back, or can use the QR code or survey link to fill it out online.

Surveys are due Jan. 15, 2021, with the results available in late January or early February.
