Vacancy on KFD Board
There is a vacancy on the Kenwood Fire Protection District Board of Directors, and those interested in being considered for appointment need to get their application in by March 5.
The position to be filled is a 4-year term ending 2012. The position will go to election in November of 2010 for the final two years of the term. The Kenwood Fire Protection District’s Board of Directors are expected to make the appointment at the March 9 Board meeting.
In order to apply, persons must be registered to vote within the boundaries of the Kenwood Fire Protection District. Interested persons may apply in writing to the District business office, P.O. Box 249, Kenwood CA, 95452. Application letters must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 5.
